Reporting a problem
Tell us which browser and device you use, the selected output format, the maximum file size and any dimensions you entered. Include the error message if one appeared.
You do not need to send your original image. Please avoid emailing private photos, identity documents or other sensitive files. A description of the problem is usually enough to begin investigating.
